Pups N Pals is a program that pairs inmates from Tomoka CI Work Camp with dogs from the Halifax Humane Society for 7 weeks of obedience training.
The Prison Pups N Pals program brings together rescue dogs from Halifax Humane Society with inmates from Tomoka Correctional Institution Work Camp, who obedience-train them. The graduating dogs are crate trained, housebroken, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on shots and micro-chipped.
