Under careful instruction from our Italian Mamma, we’ve curated a menu full of classics that are made from scratch with the highest-quality ingredients and a lot of heart. Our bread, pasta, meatballs, sauces, and all the entrees we serve at Scorpio’s are prepared in the same way it has been done by my mother’s family in Italy generation after generation.
