Description
Chef Adrian Garcia had always dream to have a restaurant to serve his community, and give the best quality service and food ever. He love to work, and help out people. In 2011 his dream came true and he opened Temaris Restaurant (A blend of Cuban & Latin Cuisine with Japanese food included) in Brickell, Miami, FL, (one of the busiest and expensive area). Adrian got into this field and started growing up with the support of his son Andy Garcia and her daughter Yanisel Garcia serving many famous customers, but soon he realized that because of the expenses of a restaurant, many common customers were not able to afford their meals. In 2014 Adrian decided to sell his business, and started buying food trucks in order to serve good quality Cuban food right from the roots of Cuba, where every meal is made with a special touch of love and every one is family in our book "mi casa es tu casa". This way he was able to provide service to all kind of customers budget. In 2015 he decided to relocate to North Florida, and Abuelita's Cuisine was born on May 2015, as our first food truck. Later on January 2016 Abuelita's Cuisine gave birth to Two Cuban Guy's as a family operated food trucks to delight this community (who have been a blessing to us), with our authentic latin fusion and flavor. Today we thank God for being here, for our community, and for all his blessings. We are more than happy to be here and we thank our community for being there for us and for all your support.
