34 health and food handling violations with the state of Florida Board of since November 2023 of which the Board of Governors decided to violate state of Florida sunshine laws by not disclosing their violations to its members and guests. Great job Spruce... The Board of Governors and certain staff think the course is in 'great' shape. It's not even close to fair shape. They will claim they are making improvements but do not hold your breath. The tee boxes are a mess, there is about 1 inch of sand in the greenside bunkers and the greens are usually slow and bumpy. All of the other area courses have healed from their late spring/early summer aeration except this one. Because of this and 34 health violations in their restaurant is why I resigned my membership today. Its truly sad what has happened over there in one short year.
